1) Overview & Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and all culinary services, courses, workshops, and digital materials (collectively the “Services”).

By purchasing or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose under Spanish law or EU regulations.

3) Services We Provide

Online and in-person private chef services, retreats, workshops, and events.
Digital culinary courses, recipes, and recorded masterclasses (live or pre-recorded).
Bundled packages or subscription-based offerings.

Formats may be live, recorded, or mixed. We may adjust schedules or delivery platforms with reasonable notice; such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

4) Price, Billing & Payment Security

4.1 Prices. All prices are stated in EUR and include Spanish VAT (IVA) where relevant. We reserve the right to update prices prospectively.

4.2 Billing Information. You must provide accurate, complete billing details and keep them current.

4.3 Payment Processors. Payments are securely processed through Kajabi Payments and Stripe. We do not store card details. Both platforms are PCI-DSS compliant:

4.4 Taxes & Fees. You agree to pay any IVA or applicable fees shown at checkout.

5) Payment Plans & Instalments

5.1 Instalments. If you select a payment plan, you authorise fixed instalments on the agreed dates until the total is paid. Payment plans cannot be cancelled for convenience once access to digital content begins.

5.2 Payment Failures. If a payment fails, we may retry and notify you. If not resolved within 5 days, access may be suspended or terminated (see Section 15). Reasonable admin costs and lawful interest may apply to overdue balances.

5.3 Chargebacks. You agree not to file unjustified chargebacks. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with purchase records and proof of access.

6) Refunds & Consumer Rights (Spain and EU)

6.1 General. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page, without affecting your statutory rights.

6.2 Digital Content – Right of Withdrawal. Under Spanish and EU law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, by clicking “Access Now” or similar, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the right to withdraw once access has begun (Article 103, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

6.3 Services Starting Within 14 Days. If a live service begins within 14 days and you cancel within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services already delivered.

6.4 Technical Issues. If you experience access or platform issues, contact info at solmethod dot me for support.

7) Community Conduct & Respect

You agree to maintain a respectful, inclusive environment in all group interactions.

Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour may result in removal from communities or programs without refund.

8) Recordings & Testimonials

Workshops or group sessions may be recorded for training or quality purposes.

We will never publish private 1-to-1 interactions without your written consent.

If you share feedback, messages, or testimonials, you grant Sol Method a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such material for marketing or educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

9) Intellectual Property & Licence of Use

All recipes, videos, frameworks, PDFs, and materials provided remain the exclusive property of Erika Tangari / Sol Method.

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning only.

You must not copy, distribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10) Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared within workshops, groups, or client interactions (including personal stories or business details of others).

11) Accuracy & Availability

We strive to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee continuous, error-free operation of the website or services.

Modules, schedules, and features may be updated or modified when reasonably necessary.

12) Disclaimer of Professional Advice

All culinary courses and digital materials are for educational and informational purposes only.

Erika Tangari is not a medical doctor or dietician. The information provided is not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice.

You are responsible for your own dietary choices, wellbeing, and the safe use of ingredients or techniques.

13) Limitation of Liability (Spain / EU)

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Sol Method and Erika Tangari shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

14) Data Protection

We comply with the EU GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).

Our data processing practices (including Kajabi and Stripe) are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

15) Termination for Cause

We may suspend or terminate access (with reasonable notice) for:

Non-payment or repeated payment failure;
Serious or repeated breaches of conduct;
Intellectual property misuse; or
Any other material violation of these Terms.

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

16) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, natural disasters, illness, strikes, or government action).

17) Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.

18) Entire Agreement & No Waiver

These Terms and any specific product conditions displayed at checkout constitute the entire agreement between you and Sol Method.

Failure to enforce any right or clause shall not be deemed a waiver.

19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Ibiza (Balearic Islands), unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
